Scholarships

Our mission at Concord is to have our students feel comfortable when they are in school with the tools and nutrition they need to excel in school.  Concord PTO provides assistance with resources, information and partnerships for needs that are identified by school staff.  If you would like to request scholarship assistance, please complete the scholarship request form linked below.  You can also contact our School Social Worker, Michelle Bogener, at michelle.bogener@edinaschools.org or 952-848-4338 for additional resources and needs.

 Our school is excited to partner with The Sheridan Story to offer their free weekend food program to all students.  The Sheridan Story is a non-profit organization which strives to make a difference in children’s lives by focusing on food gaps like weekends, summers and extended breaks.  Each Tuesday or Friday, your child will receive a 4-5 pound bag of nutritious, non-perishable food items.  We hope this is a helpful resource for your family to enjoy!  To sign up, please complete the enrollment form linked below.
