Welcome new families! Our Concord Community is excited to have you! We would like to match you with a mentor family, please complete the New Family Information Form to be matched with a Mentor Family. To sign up to be a Mentor Family, please complete the Mentor Family Signup Form.
What does it mean to be a Mentor Family?
invite the new family for an activity with your family (ie park playdate, or ice cream)
invite the new family to an upcoming school event and meet them there (Concordfest, Science Fair, Carnival, etc)
periodically reach out to the new family to check in and answer questions.
